Changing CFHTTP DNS Caching Behavior

Geoff Bowers (of fullasagoog site fame) recently lamented about CFHTTP permanently caching the DNS look-up (http://blog.daemon.com.au/archives/000282.html). Damon Cooper in turn had Tom Jordahl take a look, who stated that the problem lies with some Sun VM behavior. The suggested fix is to edit the file .../lib/security/java.security.
