Ektron Unveils New Product, Renames eMPower

October 9, 2001, Amherst, NH - Continuing to carve its niche in delivering low-cost, easy-to-use, full-featured Web content management solutions, Ektron, Inc. today unveiled its newest browser-based product, Ektron CMS200, designed specifically for the Microsoft Active Server Pages® (ASP) platform. Base-priced under $3,000, Ektron CMS200 is one of today's most affordable and highly intuitive Web content management applications. Ektron CMS200 offers a new folders-based interface, which simplifies content organization and streamlines administration for any level of workflow.

Additionally, Ektron today announced that it has renamed its eMPower Express product. The new name is Ektron CMS100. This entry-level application, base-priced at $499, delivers basic Web content publishing functionality, and is predominantly used by organizations with less sophisticated workflow requirements.
