Macromedia Donates Software to Startup Business Program in Toronto

Dec 02, 2003
Macromedia donated 10 complete licenses of Studio MX to the University of Toronto for its Exceler@tor business incubator. The two-year-old program is an outgrowth of the University of Toronto's Innovations Foundation, which aims to nurture and guide growing small businesses by providing them with basic facilities, such as meeting space, color copiers and phone and computer systems, and by advising them on the development of their business plans. Now Exceler@tor can also offer its group of 11 companies the latest versions of Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Freehand MX and Fireworks MX, and the additional donation of ColdFusion and Flash Server licenses.
