Macromedia Spectra Studio Toolbar Installation Problems

Upon installing Macromedia Spectra, a customer should be prompted with an option to install the Spectra Tools in ColdFusion Studio. Some customers find that the option (checkbox) is not available to them upon installing Spectra. As a consequence, the customers can not use the Spectra Toolbar in ColdFusion Studio. Here's a workaround:
