ColdFusion 5: Unable to Run Server Reports within the ColdFusion Administrator

Reporting pages on the Tools page within the ColdFusion Administrator cannot be viewed if the current ColdFusion Administrator password has any special characters such as "!, &, or +". Due to a bug in the existing template for the Server Reports, you'll get an error instead of the results. Here's a workaround:
