Restricting Web Traffic through LocalDirector Using the DFP Agent on CF5.0

When a probe fails on an NT or Win2k web server, the weight on the Local Director goes to 1 rather than 0, allowing some session traffic through. Here's a fix for this problem and a summary of the correct weight settings:
