ColdFusion Server 4.5.x and 5: When the JVM is Loaded and a User Logs Off Windows NT, Coldfusion Server Restarts

ColdFusion Server 4.5.x and 5 restart when the JVM is loaded and there is no user logged into Windows NT. This is due to a bug in JDK 1.3. More information and a workaround below:
