JRun Server 3.1: Pages Do Not Display in the JRun Management Console (JMC) after Installing JRun Server

Sometimes after installing JRun Server 3.1, the configuration pages are not found or cannot be displayed in the JRun Management Console (JMC). If you have this problem, this article instructs you to check for certain error messages in the admin-err.log file, and provides a workaround if these errors are found.
