Macromedia ColdFusion Server (All Versions): Executive Log Size Increases with the 'Windows NT error number 1058' Errors

After stopping or disabling the ColdFusion Server Remote Development Service (RDS), the executive.log file may begin to grow rapidly due to the error message "Unexpected Windows NT error number 1058 occurred while attempting to start the RDS service."
