With Macromedia ColdFusion Server 5, when you have a template that contains a user-defined function (UDF) and the CFERROR tag, if the CFERROR tag designated handler template encounters an error, the handler template will display an inaccurate error message. This article explains the problem in greater detail and also gives you a way to test your error template to be sure that it is giving you accurate data.
