ColdFusion Server 5 (Solaris): CFAM (ColdFusion Application Manager) Features Missing After Installation

CFAM (ColdFusion Application Manager) includes a set of optional features including monitoring, reporting, and archiving. These features will not be correctly installed if you choose to not automatically configure your web server during the installation of ColdFusion on Solaris.
