JRun 3.0: The JRun Default Server Fails to Start in Debug Mode

When starting the JRun Default Server in debug mode using "/jrun/bin/jrun -start default -debug" there may be an abnormal program termination. This error occurs when starting the JRun Default Server in debug mode when the JRun Admin Server is not running. The JRun RDS service which is started by the JRun Admin Server must be running before starting any JRun server in debug mode.
