TouchScape and Peragis Partner to Provide Email Marketing and Online Customer Service Solutions for Travel Agencies

TouchScape (a Macromedia partner) and Peragis Inc. have announced an agreement to provide Internet-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools designed to help travel agencies build customer loyalty and make the transition from order taking to proactive marketing. TouchScape's Web-based tools will enable travel agents to better service and sell these products to their leisure travel clients by providing Web-enabled client registration, customer self-service, agent-assisted service, and permission-based email marketing.
