David Frith, of NewsBytes, reports that the Business Software Association of Australia (BSAA) has called a 60-day "software truce" in a bid to get software pirates to come forward. The truce applies to products from eight companies, including Macromedia. "From May 1, organizations and individuals can come forward and legitimize illegal software without fear of legal action and heavy penalties the BSAA says. Naturally, they'll be expected to cough up for legitimate copies."
