InsynQ to Acquire Market Matrix, a Fusebox-Based Company

InsynQ, Inc., a pioneer within the Internet Utility Industry, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the e-commerce technology and web hosting business of Market Matrix, Inc. (MMI), a Seattle-based e-commerce systems and solutions provider. Market Matrix' ComUnion is a Fusebox-built E-Commerce server, and the company was a supporter of the Fusebox book by Steve Nelson and Craig Girard, published by Fusion Authority. Market Matrix, which is a Macromedia Premier Partner, experienced revenue growth of over 300% during the year 2000.
