TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 2000--Syntel, Inc., an e-Business, applications integration, and applications outsourcing firm, announced a new technology investment and development contract with Textile Online Marketplaces, Ltd., UK. The joint venture will develop and support a new business-to-business (B2B) exchange, TexYard.com, aimed at the $400 billion European textile supply chain and built on ColdFusion.
