Leapnet, Inc., an Internet professional services company, has announced that its Xhibition Transition Web site project (http://www.xhibition.org) has been cited yet again by the design and new media community, selected as a Bronze winner in the "Experimental" category of the 2001 I.D. Interactive Media Design Review.

Xhibition Transition, a live event co-sponsored and produced by Leapnet, Macromedia and TRACE Urban Magazine, celebrated the convergence of urban art and popular culture by assembling legendary artists, technologists and musicians. The accompanying Web site was developed to highlight the online branding and communication available through the use of today's Web technologies. In addition to offering streaming video captured at the event, xhibition.org also features original interviews, in-depth artist biographies, and virtual tours of their studios.
