We thank Andy Boone of Intraware for his insightful analysis of where Allaire is now and where it looks like it's going. Triggered by Ben Forta's controversial article, "When NOT to Use ColdFusion" (ColdFusion Developer's Journal, March 2000), Andy took a good look at Allaire's acquisitions over the last year and the integration/expansion announcements these have engendered. His extrapolations, conclusions and conjectures make thoughtful reading for all of us in the CF development field.
