Developer Gallery Update

In the previous issue, I mentioned that the new developers gallery did not have any back referencing for older tag links. Once I wrote that, I got an email from Allaire saying that the functionality for that was written in, but the redirects in IIS did not work properly outside of the test environment. This has since been fixed and older tag links to the tag gallery will work properly. Hats off to Allaire for finding and fixing the problem so fast.
