May 23 (The Atlanta Journal and Constitution/KRTBN)-- In response to a bull market turned bearish, business and personal finance magazines are offering advice on which stocks to buy in a down market. Smart Money (June), The Wall Street Journal's personal finance magazine, recommends "the magnificent seven," a group of "small, fast-growing companies that, thanks to this spring's market meltdown, happen to be selling at big discounts." Allaire tops the list.
