ChillingEffects.org is a new effort by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and several major law schools to educate people about their rights online and how their freedom of speech is sometimes stifled. This site is great -- it covers topics such as Copyright and DMCA, Fan Fiction, John Doe Anonymity, Linking, Protest, Parody and Criticism, and Trademark. A good resource for legal issues on the Internet.
