Adobe, Macromedia Meet in Court

Adobe and Macromedia are suing each other for patent infringement for software tools. Adobe claims that Macromedia has violated two of its patents on tabbed palletes, while Macromedia is countersuing by claiming that Adobe "infringes on Macromedia's patents for a draw-based editor for Web pages and a hierarchical structure editor for Web sites."
