IE7 Good for Firefox?

Microsoft has announced that their Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (in beta this summer) will only be available on Windows XP and 'higher' operating systems. This locks many non-XP users out of the latest features and is expected to cause a large number of IE users to move to rival Firefox.
