Developer Centric Information
If you are new to ColdFusion, or concerned about Adobe's support of ColdFusion with all of the new Flash-based tools (Flex 2, Apollo) being developed, check out this interesting Builder.com article by Brian Kotek. It briefly covers Ajax/ColdFusion integration, Flex 2 and development frameworks.
"Take Advantage of an Oppportunity While the ColdFusion Landscape is Hot" by Brian Kotek
Ray Camden has been running a series of short coding contests targeted to beginner and intermediate ColdFusion developers. He has posted a new contest (with prizes) for Advanced ColdFusion programmers. Even if you aren't interested in participating and submitting your own entry, it is worth reading the challenges and learning from other people's submissions.

ajaxCFC updates and Spry
Rob Gonda has been actively updating his AJAX based CF tools. Recent updates include fixes to work on New Atlanta's
Blue Dragon (a competitor to Adobe's ColdFusion servers) as well as demos for Model-Glue and Mach-II. ajaxCFC brings Ajax-like features to the ColdFusion community.

Also competing (free!) in this area is Adobe's new Spry framework. Spry will ease the Ajax development process for ColdFusion developers and help to fill the gap between the full service RIA capable Flex 2 solution and the hard core Javascript junkies to develop Ajax based applications.
