Computer Horizons Corp. (Nasdaq:CHRZ) announced on October 18th that it had completed acquisition of G.Triad Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a G.Triad Development Corp. (http://www.gtriad.com), an internet/intranet development firm.

G.Triad Development Corp. (based in Cranford, NJ), an Allaire Premier Partner, is a "one-stop shop" for web application solutions. It provides comprehensive web application development and Internet-working solutions, as well as network engineering and server management. G.Triad's ColdFusion™ expertise helps them specialize in information design, Windows NT systems administration, data driven web site development and systems integration project management.

Computer Horizons will integrate G.Triad into its expanding E-Solutions Group, adding to its ability to build mission-critical and large capacity web solutions. G.Triad's expertise in developing highly scalable e-commerce applications and infrastructure will integrate very well with CHC's current capabilities, expanding its ability to provide end-to-end e-business solutions to the Global 1000 marketplace.

G.Triad also brings a team of 30 developer engineers and a team of network and graphic professionals and a successful track record in developing commerce, content and informational Web sites and solutions for such companies as Toysrus.com, Simon & Schuster's "Simon Says" site; Dow Jones' SmartMoney.com; Bayer, and Christie's Auction House. They will join Computer Horizons Corp.'s team of over 3,900 billable consultants and 55 offices worldwide, in two major divisions, the E-Solutions Group and IT Services Division. Combined, Computer Horizons provides enterprise application services, e-business solutions, customized Web development and Web enablement of strategic applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), network services, strategic outsourcing and managed resourcing, as well as a best-of-breed selection of software and relational database products.
