For those of you who want a good example of a REAL Fusebox 4.1 application, I recommend Steve Ray's Bugtracker. It's a great, mature Fusebox 4.1 application, and includes things that are missing from many sample apps (like form validation and security). It also happens to be a usable bug tracking tool for your own projects:
