"In Cold Fusion 4.5, the CFMAIL tag can't send out to multiple addresses VIA a QUERY. So if you have a mailing list using CFMAIL and a QUERY, forget it.

The person who submitted the bug must have a different problem, as this email that you're reading was sent by CF 4.5 using query-based email.
