CF_BugTraq: CFHHTPPARAM Doesn't Pass Form Field Variables

Description:
"CF 4.0.1's CFHTTPPARAM broke in version 4.5. Code that used to work suddenly doesn't. Problem is, CFHTTP won't submit form fields. I've tested it within our firewall and it works, but trying to submit a form outside of the firewall fails."

Update:
The use of the post operation, when combined with a CFHTTPPARAM that is a form field, will result in a 'no connection' error message.
