Copy and Paste Within Windows Explorer Doesn't Work After Installing HomeSite/Studio 4.5

Problem: HomeSite and Studio 4.5 require the latest DCOM file. If you've got an older version of DCOM working with Windows 95 or 98, or an older version of IE, and you've installed HomeSite or Studio 4.5, you may have problems cutting and pasting in Windows Explorer.
