Configuring Secure Apache to Support Clustering with ColdFusion 4.5.1

In order to run an e-commerce site on a ColdFusion 4.5.1 cluster of Apache servers, you must choose a means of running a secure site. Currently the three choices are: Raven Apache, RedHat Secure Apache and StrongHold. Here's how to configure these secure servers to run clustered with CF 4.5.1.
