External Exception EO6D7363 When Browsing in ColdFusion Studio/HomeSite 4.5.x
I had the same error (eo6d7363) but I uninstalled and reinstalled, but let the computer sit for a few minutes... I think I tried moving to fast (older comp) before it was completely installed. After the reboot, I let it sit for a few minutes and opened the config utility and then pushed the card in and it installed and worked from that point on.... It may be an incomplete install... Hope this helps.
