Spectra: During Installation, Migrating 1.0 Object Stores To 1.01 Format Fails

While installing Spectra 1.01, some customers have found that migrating their current 1.0 object stores to 1.01 object stores fail (this is part of the Spectra 1.01 installation process). This article describes how to update your object stores after installation.
