Here's an article on how to detect the PCode error to instate a server stop-restart (a temporary work-around until the true cause of the PCode error can be found). In addition, it describes several undocumented registry settings one may use to gain more knowledge of the origin of the PCode error, whether it is one's own code or impacted by one's own system environment.
